Iberia pilots have announced three more days of strike action on January 25th, 27th and 30th. This follows four days of stoppages already taken in protest against the new low-cost carrier Iberia Express.
The pilots says the days they have selected will not affect the Spanish Tourism Fair in Madrid between the 18th and 22nd of this month.
If you are booked on Iberia flights on these dates contact them immediately as they will try and make arrangements with another carrier or offer you a refund.
Cabin crew and ground staff are also considering taking action on Mondays and Fridays from February 2nd. There is a meeting on Tuesday to decide exactly what action they will take.
